VFP9SP2 error trying to open project: "Project file ... is in the wrong version."

This project has been under VFP9SP2 for years now. Somehow, the PJX/PJT files must have gotten corrupted. We use SourceGear Vault for VCS. I'm going to grab that last saved project files from the Vault but I just wondered if anyone else has ever come across this error? I might try to manually hack the PJX table first. (The hesitation is that I'm not exactly sure the Vault has the latest PJX, although what's there should be 99.9% right.)

VFP9: Outputing a text file with field names

Good afternoon, Am outputing a text file type delimited with character "" character tab, works great. The table it is being generated from is a mix of character and numeric fields... The only issue I have is that they wnat the fields names to make up the first record. My original throught was to build a separate table with the fields names entered in the record (one record) and then append from my file. This would put the field names up top and the rest of the data after that. Am concerned about adding the previously numeric fields as a character field. Any suggestions? "PATROL" is the same as .NULL.???

I have a departments table, and when I open it in browse mode, and type the following: BROWSE FOR vehdept = 'PATROL' It pulls up a single record, which has .NULL. in the vehdept field. There are other records with .NULL. in that field, but it only pulls up this one. ? IsnNull(VehDept) returns .t., so it's not a case of a string ".NULL." (Which shouldn't match either.) Luckily, this isn't anything I was actually working on, just something I came across while trying to transfer data. But.... any ideas what could cause this?

Greetings, I have an old app with forms created using Define Window. Textboxes are created by @ Get. I know many of you will tell me to upgrade which I'm doing but I still need to support the existing app. Well, here is my question: What is be best way to mimic Setfocus() for a @ Get control? I'm adding validation outside of the valid() clause. Is this even possible without redefining the @Get along with the position? [NF] Remote printing

I have a client who wants to be able to print from his computer to a network-connected laser printer. No problem...except, the network printer is in a different city 105 miles away. I can think up a few "Rube Goldberg" solutions, but I'm guessing that there is already a way...is there a "Windows Way" to do this? Many thanks for any brain cycles. Mike Copeland

So - I was thinking to myself this morning about how FoxPro had a built-in game many years ago. Don't remember if it was FoxPro 1.0 or FP for Windows 1.0 that had the game. The one with #'s on titles - that are scrambled - and you had to put them in order. Figured I would do some Google searches. And, based upon what I found - it reminded me of a couple games I tried to do in the past. I actually managed to make a somewhat functional Brick-out game a couple of years ago. I even tried doing a Space Invaders type game - but, don't think I got very far! {I got MUCH Farther along in doing Space Invaders as a final project in my Sr. year of high school - in my very 1st programming class in 1980.
