Problem with filer.scx

I wanted to look at some of the code in c:\program files (x86)\microsoft visual foxpro 9\tools\filer\filer.scx. When I tried to open the form I got the error "filer.sct is missing/invalid". The file is there but something is obviously awry. Version is VFP9 SP2 7423. Any ideas guys? How to set up a second email address

Hi I use Fastmail to allow my clients to send wage slips to their employees in my payroll program. Currently it is down: http://www.fastmailstatus.com/ So I suppose I should set up another email provider to forward these emails if/when Fastmail fails. So how can I tell if Fastmail is down? I do get an error after 10 seconds, 1429 OLE IDespatch exception code 0 from? Thanks to the support of both the Visual FoxPro and Xbase++ communities, Southwest Fox and Southwest Xbase++ 2016 will proceed as planned September 22-25, 2016 in Gilbert, AZ. We really appreciate all the support people have shown for the conference with early registrations! That said, the decision comes with a calculated risk because we are still many registrations short of the breakeven point. "Passwords must not contain all letters or numbers, and be at least 6 characters and no more than 10 characters long" WHY???? I just don't understand how here in 2016, we're limited to 10 characters.
