Right. You have an Enterprise-class Enterprise license. The article is talking about new dinky-sized Enterprise Licenses (minimum size: 1) made to turn Windows into a pay-as-you-go. As explained in the article, there's a limited ability to hold back updates from being installed with E3 and E5 deals. It might be the right fit for some small enterprises, though.
