I had googled the problem and found lots of software that purports to solve the problem but didn't really trust the, to be safe/free of "nasties". I will look into UtilMan.

There are approaches out there involving booting from the install media and using the utilman utility, if you Google them.
Do you have any RDP shortcuts that would have the password saved or anything maybe ?
