VFP Help File Problem

For some reason my VFP Help file will not load. When you select help it goes into the "indexing for the first time" and never returns, requiring task manager to stop the process. Loading up the help chm by clicking on it does the same thing but immediately finishes the index and loads fine. I have tried updating the help with the newer SP2 help file to no avail as it still does the same. Any ideas? Dave

[NF] VirtualBox and Win 10

New to this, but Win 7 Pro 32 seems to run in VirtualBox (5.1.10) fine. I understand Win 10 becomes tied to the hardware. How does this effect creating a VirtualBox on a different machine? Or, running Win 10 only as a virtual box? Any insight will be appreciated. Using a common class from another EXE/DLL

I want to create a "black box" of sorts with a class I've written. There is no visible UI to it; it's just connection/validation stuff. I want to use it across multiple projects. Do you suggest it be a DLL or EXE? I do not want this code reverse-engineered so I don't want to distribute the VCX nor make an .APP (as you can view code in the .APP). I want to be able to instantiate an object of this class and use it to validate some things like login and license validation. tia, --Mike

Index on collector tag collector unique

Strange behavior I've never seen before I have a 3 character field called collector. I have many records with collector= '31' . When I index using the command "Index on collector tag collector unique" I get every one except collector 31. I get collector 3, I get collector 30, but I don't get collector 31.
