A client may be forced to convert his legacy foxpro software to something commercial and currently commercially supported by the manufacturer. My client would prefer to keep it as is, but the decision may be out of his hands. Open source is probably out too.
There is no software currently on the market that will do what he does the way he does it.
What would you do? The system is relatively simple, has to support 100 simultaneous users, has to be at least as secure as Foxpro, and run from a internal server. Id love something that works like Foxpro, I.E. a DBMS package with a powerful programming language, and is easy to learn.
What would you migrate it to?
