Tracy, Take a look at a Linkedin post I just did. I had the same problem recently and this group bailed me out. Norton found virus - 52 others did not.

Isn't it our ethical responsibility as consultants to explain to our customers that what they are doing is not in their best interest? I really try to avoid becoming "the computer guy" for my customers, instead recommending a local resource who specialize in on-call support.
