I found it interesting that it had the Fox head. Coincidence? If others here got the same/similar email, I figured not such a coincidence.

Hey Michael,
Metamask has used a fox as it's logo for a long time so it's probably nothing targeted at you. On the other hand, crypto is heating up so be prepared for more scams in this area. Keep your seed phrases safe and practice extreme security in this area.
