This new version of .NET seems to have a lot of changes to 15 year old methodology with .NET.
The framework doesn't have to be installed on a server and can now be included with only your app. I wonder how much disk space it will take to push necessary parts of the gac?

I assume you mean ASP.NET
The framework doesn't have to be installed on a server and can now be included with only your app.
It doesn't even have to be installed on Windows as far as I know.
