Has anyone noticed a change in their legacy foxpro 2.x programs running under Terminal services on Server 8.0 get slow today? I don;t know if there was a delayed update installed or something else. It is not a software problem because I have 2 independent programs both experiencing the same sluggishness.

CPU utilization problem caused by excessive keyboard polling? I would bet you patched Foxpro/DOS and fixed it long time ago.

Wasn't there a program named TAMEDOS or something like that you needed for Fox2.5 and 2.6 on Windows?

Also, if you have SET CLOCK ON that kills performance on FoxDOS, running under Windows. Don't remember if that affects FoxWin or not. VFP seems OK.

I should have specified FPW 2.x/ IT's been running for years on the Windows 2008 server with no problems. The IT guy fixed it, but he hasn't told me what caused it.

You better requested this "IT guy" to report what went wrong before he/she forgot about it.
What if the problem came back again when he/she was in vacation?? ;)
