Current Corporate gig is asking for anyone with MCP status to provide their MCP ID, regardless of its status. I got my MCP for both desktop and distributed systems years ago, but I can't recall what the ID was. Do other MCPs here know their ID? I'm wondering if they even had IDs way back when (it was 2002 when I got it).
You should be able to log in and look it up at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/certification-overview.aspx.

I logged into my account but don't see anything about my MCP status. It's just advertising for their latest tracks: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/certification-overview.aspx
Did you click on Your Dashboard? That takes me to a page where I can see my transcript, certificates, wallet cards, etc.

Some corps use their employee's IDs for credits towards various reseller and var statuses with MS. Haven't done that in a while, but it used to be a pre-req to get to some level of "Gold" or "Platinum" to have a certain number of MCxx onboard.
Got my 4-digit MCP ID for Windows 3.1 :)
