Pro. I never tried or really needed the Rescue product. I have installations in over 60 locations round the world and need permanent access to all my client locations for support and updates. I'm using LMI, RDP, Teamviewer, SplashDesktop and a few others but my preference is still LMI. For ad-hoc support on user systems or potential client demos, I've been using GoToMeeting for the last few years.

What version are you using, Richard? LMI Pro, or LMI Rescue?
Oh yeah. And too many different VPN clients... Windows, Cisco, Sophos, SonicWall...

How do you support so many clients with just 2 LMI Pro subscriptions? 1 license is your main machine, and do you just keep re-assigning the 2nd license for the other (target) machine?
They own the licenses. LMI allows you to create as many secondary user accounts as you need so the client just adds us to their account.

? You lost me, Mike.
When I log in to my main LMI profile, it shows me the computers installed under my license. But I can also switch to any of my secondary user profiles and access the machines where the client maintains the license. I have the access I need and they pay for the licenses.

This was for Mike McCann who posted today on a related issue. I was pointing him to your response.
