There's a white paper along with the download for Parallel Fox on GitHub, and from memory it's about 10 years old. I seem to remember a newer white paper for ParallelFox (though I could be confusing it with the recent DMult presentation at the last VirtualFoxFest) from one of the conferences.
Is there a more recent white paper for ParalellFox?

I am not aware of a new white paper on ParallelFox other than what would be in Github with the project. If anything, you should direct your question to Joel Leach. I believe he also has a YouTube video posted in his YouTube Channel.
