Since .h #INCLUDE files are only utilized at build time, is there any reason you'd want to include the .h files in the EXE? I'm thinking "no."
No, not useful at all, except if you want to make the EXE bigger and allow decompiling them too.

Debugging? But it's unlikely for anyone to introduce errors into a header file. :)
