Ok, this is a stretch, but this past Monday I had my left knee replaced. It's a long story [0], but I got a kick out of the fact that my surgeon's name was Fox! [1]
So while I'm not running like a Fox yet, I'm progressing better than I could have hoped for, and should be running within a few months.

Hey Ed - I also hope for a quite recovery for you - and soon, Hopefully Really Soon - you will be running on Fox's Knee!
:-)
Also, I must say - you do Tweet quite a lot. I've noticed your Tweets over time coming up in lists of Tweets by others. And, the ones by Stephen Cobert and pretty wild. Even Stephen King - my Fav author - Tweets along the same lines and you and Cobert!

I was just thinking. Maybe you should suggest a new Catch-phrase for this Dr. - like - "Nothing helps you get back to Running like Dr. Fox!" - then even get a modified version of the FoxPro logo to put on his website!
I'm sure you MUST have told the Dr. that you actually worked with something called FoxPro. Did you? If so - I bet he must have laughed!

Nope - Dr. Fox is all business. He doesn't go for light conversation. He probably would have thought I was crazy!

Hang in there! Had both of mine replaced last year! My doctor’s name was Pepper!
You’ll be back to normal in no time!
Best regards, Desmond
