A cursor-based, buffering and locking scheme based on Foxbase+ code? How hard could that be? Pre-MOAR frameworks.
The implication being that only 5 years experience is required, but that you need to understand code written in a 35-year-old language.
And be comfortable coding in VFP9.
Seems like they need a specialist.
