- 5+ years Visual Foxpro development experience
   - Ability to understand and modify current v9 syntax in addition to
   pre-SQL, array-based FoxBase+ code
   - Experience handling all aspects of a project
   - Meeting with the users to understand the requirements
   - Perform the actual coding
   - Perform any necessary testing and move into production
   - Resolve any outstanding issues and get sign-off from the users
   - Excellent oral and written communications skills
   - Experience migrating VFP to .Net is a plus
