Hi All
Any advice on how to post some variable to a HTTPS hosted web page and capture the resulting HTML?
I was hoping to use SPS VFPConnection but it returns a SSL error?
TIA
Chris.

'xmlhttp with https' in Google throws up loads of stuff, including suggestions to set up a certificate on your server or settings to bypass invalid certificate warnings.

apropos of almost nothing (well - an easy - and for me new - way to get stuff from a webpage):
!/N2 powershell wget "http://icanhazip.com/" -outfile "wgot.txt" ?FILETOSTR('wgot.txt')

... actually my post may be a bit more relevant than I thought - in PowerShell see: Get-Help Invoke-WebRequest ## or Get-Help Invoke-WebRequest -Online ## opens a web page!
- A bit cheeky of ms to give Invoke-WebRequest aliases which include wget *and* curl
