Was looking for new computer monitors at BestBuy yesterday and noticed some curved ones. I knew they had curved TVs but this was the first monitor I saw. I don't know if I'd like dual curved monitors or not. Anybody using them?

Those Sceptre ones are under $100 and the reviews show them to be reputable. Anybody using that brand and can comment?
I'm looking to replace my single 21" here at the home office with a dual monitor setup (looking currently at 24" models). I'm trying to pay under $120 total (including shipping cost) for each.
I don't even see the point of curved TV's beyond "shit, nobody's interested in 3D TV, what other nonsense can we invent to sell them ..."

+1! I thought they were marketing it from the perspective of "hey, I can watch this TV from the wide angle way off in the kitchen (and not on the couch directly in front of the TV)."

I think the idea was to have a curve to the monitor to keep the user from having to change their eye focus when moving across a big document. People need to get up and exercise their eyes anyway to look at things at various distances.

When you get some of the wider monitors and we are talking about a single user, the curve is supposed to provide so eye relief. I have yet to find one that I like tho. I do have a wide monitor on my desk in my office at home and I've yet to find an issue looking at text or pictures that are out on the ends of the viewing area.
