I'd be curious to know what you did with that post. It was

received without a Message-ID: header, which means that the link in the footer doesn't work.

Oh, all I did was copy the Subject line and the quoted text from the archive, inserting greater-thans as appropriate, then sent a fresh message to ProFox.

More effort than it takes to hit "Reply" in an email client (which is currently not an option for me), but not that much more, actually...
