Hello Everyone,
I'm currently evaluating List & Label for a replacement of the old Crystal Reports we have.
I'm curious if anyone has implemented it, and the designer in to a VFP project.
Thank you, Tracy

Never tried Fox but we use L&L as the report engine in our C# app. It's extremely powerful and very flexible. I love it!
Data source for the report can be pretty much anything.
I use a mixture of DataSets, collections of C# objects and a custom interface provided by L&L. (you pass in multiple object collections and describe the relationships between them).
Our end users can create their own custom reports. It's royalty free too. I'm even using it to create HTML emails for bulk mailing.
Hi Everyone
This is Sytze's son, I am writing because he passed away on Friday (sudden heart attack while mowing the lawns, very quick, the way he wanted) and I know he was an avid reader on this forum and often commented to me about his gleanings he received from it. I dont think he met any of you in person, but I know he spoke/emailed to many of you personally and held many of you in high regards. Would like to pass on this news in case any of you wondered why he went quiet :)

Jonnie,
Very sorry to hear of your loss! Your father was always a positive influence on the group and I enjoyed his input. I agree that "very quick" is the way it should happen, since it has to happen.
Please tell his loved ones that this community of fellow Fox programmers will miss him and remember Sytze fondly.

Very sorry to hear of his death. I never met him in person, but the regulars on this list all feel like an extended family, so thank you for letting us know.
