The data in the job name column appears to be top center justified, but as soon as you click in the column's textbox, it centers on the row as it should have displayed from the start. Anybody seen this and know how to resolve?

I haven't seen this but oGrid.ActivateCell(1,1) might fix it.

Just a guess here. But, maybe the field content is Too long to actually fit - like it has a lot of spaces - and thus you are actually having a Text Wrap issue!? But - its just a WAG...

I've seen things like this which align differently when you select them. It is usually the column alignment is different that the control's alignment (usually text1).
