Am I having a senior moment?!?? See screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/ur5534H9KT
I am trying to navigate to a different folder on my dev drive and Windows says "No!"

It did. You're not on drive E: to see it.

Yes, you are having a senior moment. You need to enter e: first and then cd when you are on the e: drive

Yep. You're both right of course. Thanks, Fred and Frank. I incorrectly thought it'd go there automatically.

That's a tougher one. Try this: https://lmgtfy.com/?q=Unable+to+load+the+CLR+Instance
Shouldn't new problem have a new subject line?

It was a rhetorical question...I wasn't necessary needing response (yet) from the List as I'd like to try some things myself first. ;-)

Or add "/d" to the cd command, like:
CD /D E:\DIR-ON-E
or
cd /D e:\dir-on-e-you-want
This is useful when the destination directory you wish to be at is not on the same drive that you are currently at, I use it all the time --Steve in Florida

CD won't change the current drive/volume. Just type E: and you should be where you want to be.
