I had VFP9SP2 pinned to my Taskbar but before creating a customer demo, I unpinned it. Now, when I repinned it or even located it in the Programs list, the icon is "unknown". See here: https://www.screencast.com/t/h482eEgGFlm
I've tried resetting the icon by selecting the program again but no change.
Everything still works the same; it's just a visual thing.
Ideas?

you can try : right clic on the icon (the one on the desktop), properties, select icon (in french : changer d'icône). The first suggestion should be the good one.

Try changing Windows to 16-bit colour and back to 32-bit, this forces an icon cache rebuild.

By jove I think you've got it, Mr. Chang....the only thing I changed (environment-wise) was running my latest CCleaner after updating to the latest. That must have cleared out the cache.
