I am using Galaxy S7 with Oreo

Flash/Flashlight often won't come on.

They always work on SafeMode

Usually, work at first after coming out of SafeMode.

Cleaning Cache also restores them

I am looking for a minimalist way of finding the offending app -- don't want to do a factory restore and then one by one add apps.
