Hey there Ed,
I know some folks here in the forum have posted similar situations - where the ProFox forum emails get Blocked.
I've been having the same situation here at my new job.
We are using MS 365. And, when emails from the forum come in, I get an email with this Subject line: Microsoft 365 security: You have messages in quarantine
Then in body of email: Review These Messages 1 messages are being held for you to review as of 4/2/2025 6:12:37 PM (UTC). Review them within 30 days of the received date by going to the Quarantine page in the Security Center.

My network guy tells me that "MS is saying DMARC Failed" - and - "He doesn't have DKIM configured."
He was looking into it for me, to see if he could give me further details of why the emails are blocked. I figured it might be helpful sending this your way, and maybe it can help avoid others also having their emails being Blocked or Quarantined!
Of course, all that being said - this is still a Great thing you have done, running this forum - as folks here have helped me get out of a number of Sticky Situations in the past!
And - by the way Ed - I hoped you liked my little April Fools joke yesterday!

I've had DKIM configured for years, but recently updated things because requirements changed to be more strict. So either they have very old cached data, or something is wrong with their processing. If you could, have him send me a report for the failure.

Hey there Ed!
Actually - he sent me a couple screenshots, but, pics aren't allowed in the forum. So - I will send you those pics tomorrow when I get to work!
Still curious to know what you thought about my Fools Day joke?

So Kurt sent me the images, and it does look like the list software isn't adding the DKIM headers. This email should, since I'm sending it from my domain, but I'm seeing DKIM headers in ProFox messages that match the sender's domain, which is not correct.
I'll look into it some more.

Cool! Yeah - this reply just now from you Ed - it came thru no problem. But, I also marked the Forum as to be Trusted - which may be the reason it now comes thru without a problem.
Thanks for looking into this Sir!
