Earlier this year, my printer packed it in. I got a replacement. I may have made an error by committing HP. I bought an HP Envy 5540 printer.
Printing was going just fine until yesterday when I ran out of ink. I got some replacement cartridges; genuine HP cartridges I might add.
Printing still goes fine EXCEPT for every print job, I get a form popping up thanking me for purchasing the aforesaid genuine cartridges.
The form can be dismissed. I got to do that a few dozen times yesterday, and the novelty has palled.
Does anyone know how I can turn this form display off? Please!
