Hmmm... something's fishy here. I'll look into it.

Actually - I was going to say - this is the FIRST Time I have seen a Stats with showing NO Postings for the Month!
But, you're right - I just looked in my ProFox email folder and there WERE indeed some June postings... ________________________________ From: ProFox profox-bounces@leafe.com on behalf of Ed Leafe ed@leafe.com Sent: Tuesday, July 1, 2025 8:56 AM To: ProFox Mailing List profox@leafe.com Subject: Re: ProFox List Statistics for June 2025

So he problem was in the process that archives message.
Fortunately, the site is also backed up here: https://www.mail-archive.com/profox@leafe.com/
Unfortunately, the site doesn't make the full message available, just the body content and a few basic headers, like the From address, date of posting, but nothing else.
So I have a request: if someone has the original messages from June 3 onward, and can export them (usually as an .mbox file), please let me know. I can then import the .mbox into the archive, and things should be back to normal.
-- Ed Leafe
I've tried to send you what I have.
Frank.

Thanks, but there were some missing. There should be 16 messages total between June 1 and July 1. The last archived message was "ProFox List Statistics for May 2025" on June 1, and the first since I fixed the problem was "Issues with codemine.flll and msvcrt.dll" added today.
-- Ed Leafe
Bummer, a lot of the profox messages end up in spam and unless I notice them they get cleaned out. Sorry about that.
Frank.

I will look shortly.

If Kurt can't help, let me know, I think I have all of the messages in outlook. I don't see .mbox as a format I can export to though. I'll keep looking.

Ed,
I tried to look and see what I can do - to get you an .mbox file. But, I could not figure out how to export that, and I even asked my IT guy here - and he didn't know either. He said it's Old technology stuff.
FYI - I am using latest & greatest of Outlook here at work.
If you have any pointers on how I could get you what you need - I'm all Ears.

"Old technology" == "standards that email have had forever"
Just because MSFT figured out how to increase their Exchange storage requirements by creating a bloated new format, doesn't make it better.

Looks like the only option would be plain text. I could parse that back into .mbox format, and then import it.

Google Takeout claims it can do mbox exports, using a label created to flag the mail messages, according to:
https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-export-your-emails-from-gmail-as-mbox-files-...
I'll give it a whirl...
--- StripMime Report -- processed MIME parts --- multipart/alternative text/plain (text body -- kept) text/html ---
I can request a Google takeout mbox for the period in question. I checked my trash and everything should be there as I keep profox flagged messages for reference.
cheers, dt

Not sure why, but it made me smile today that we have a group full of highly accomplished, professional database programmers figuring out how to best convert 15 emails into the proper format.
Love it! :)

The problem may extend further back. The FoxPro & AI Humor posted on 5/30/2025 isn't available in the archive. https://leafe.com/archives/byMID/BY5PR13MB3843CF7C1B5DA49115A090CDC361A@BY5P R13MB3843.namprd13.prod.outlook.com
