Actually, HR wasn't involved at all. I was interviewed by the department where the position was to occur, as well as multiple people in that department including I'm assuming maybe users of the system as well as programmers of the system.

That result was not shocking to me. I do not think much ofmany HR departments. They might have a very good darts teams though.
