Well, waddya know? It had been “OS X” for so long that most people pronounced it “oh ess ecks”, not realizing that it was supposed to be “10”.
Those of us who knew that the X in OS X was a Roman numeral will now probably pronounce “OS 11” as “oh ess too”. ;-)
