I was less impressed by their lack of transparency on file structures that allowed them to charge annually for tax rules updates, bu still, pretty much everybody does that now and - it stands out in my memory.
One of the first articles I had published was how to implement Quicken date shortcuts in FoxPro. Years later people still came up to me telling me that they use those shortcuts in all of their apps because their users loved how handy they were.
