If it's still the good, old FTP protocol, you don't need a new FTP client.
Would older versions of FileZilla work better? And Window$ 10 still have the very old console-mode ftp client.

I put the credentials for a new website into Site Manager and it refuses to logon but putting identical values into the quickconnect bar it logs on without a problem!
