I use Roadrunner email (Time-Warner Cable). All spam filtering is turned off in the webmail, because I use a fat client on my computer to access email. The spam folder on the webmail server is empty, and always is whenever I check it. The messages are not running afoul of the user-configurable filtering mechanism at Roadrunner. Whether it's something Roadrunner does before messages get to user mail accounts, I don't know.
