Loyal Brother fan for years. Purchased the HL-L2380DW (black&white duplex laser) about a year ago. This specific model is a piece of crap. Very disappointing.
That is. Can you expand on that? We got a 2360DW and haven't run into problems yet.
This printer disconnects from our wireless network several times a day and occasionally locks up during printing.
Print traffic is single to several page output from up-to-date Apple and Microsoft based Mac OS X applications.
We have other devices on the same wifi network all operating without issues. Printer in question is about 6 feet from Apple Time Machine wifi router with up-to-date firmware and sitting next to an older model Brother printer on the same wifi network that works perfectly.
