I suggest taking this conversation over to the Google group for Thor and find out if Jim has any intention of handling this kind of stuff himself. Alternatively, post a comment on Github. I'm sure that Doug & Co would welcome other hands getting involved.

I take it back. Maybe I have a small clue. Most, if not all of Thor's configurations, are table driven. Chances are that URL is buried somewhere in there. Jim does seem to still answer questions over in the Google group for Thor although he has indicated he is semi-retired.
He's a smart cookie. I'm sure it's meta-data somewhere; I'm sure he didn't hard code anything.
