I thought it was just me thinking that was fact. So many people posting a Q and the M$ turd replying back with a read this blog for your fix. Same person comes back a while later in time stamp and states that didn't help. M$ replys the same post.
Have had some issues in SharePoint upgrade to 2013 and found a slew of that happening.
