Ted -- sorry...found this draft I started 4 months ago and never pressed Send.
Somehow the issue has been resolved. I did upgrade to TeamViewer 11 recently. Not sure if that was the fix or not? So glad the upgrade price was a few hundred instead of the $1000 they initially wanted. :-)
