Eric - I just HAVE to say - that your comment actually comes across as funny.
Funny, since it means you didn't read the whole thread here - since a BUNCH of people already mentioned GoFish - and my 1st comment to the 1st person who suggested that - is that I just KNEW that someone was going to mention GoFish - since I actually first saw that suggestion when I did a web search about my problem.
So - yeah, a bunch of folks did suggest it. And, I did indeed already install it on my PC and was trying it out like yesterday or Friday initially.
But, then I got the reply from Ted yesterday - and I felt like I needed to do a Forehead Slap!!! As I have the Options window opened now...

Go to Tools, Options, File Locations tab and see what the "Code References" setting is set to. It is probably also blank.
Reset it to wherever you're storing your FoxRef.app file and see what happens, after saving and turning VFP off and back on.
