As I already wrote it: No, you don't download a hacked version of VFP9. You download a patcher, which copies your already installed VFP9 into a new directory, and then patches the various bugs. All patches are documented, and you could easily do a diff on the original and the patched version.

Sometimes it would help to get off that Trump-level paranoia :)
