I had many error messages using LibreOffice 6.x
So I uninstalled and installed 5.0.0
Continued to get errors:
- Error saving the document xxx.doc: Write Error. The file could not be written.

There are posts out there indicating that even version 5 from 2015 is supported on Windows 10.
