Installing VFP 9.0 on Windows 10

Im getting "This App can't run on your PC when I try to run Setup. Does someone have a sharable installation cheat sheet with the details of steps and service packs to use?

I have a laptop with VFP 9.0 working just fine but I believe it was installed before the machine was upgraded to Windows 10.
