+1 on the CDBurnerXP. Been using that product for years now and I love it. Haven't used it to create Video DVD's; I use it mostly for ISO creation and burning data discs. This software combined with Virtual CloneDrive and some NAS storage will change your life when it comes to detailing with software CD's and DVD's

You could also try CD burner XP. One we have used at work with good results. Also works on 7, 8 and 10.
