TeamViewer was a steep hit up front (paid about $1000 I think for version 10), but the $200-something upgrade to version 11 was worth it for the Connection reporting so I could look back and properly bill for MBSS time spent using TV with customers across staff. I will say that the reporting needs some tuning though, for my liking. Still, the connection minutes, notes, and end-user info helps towards my goal.
