I use LastPass, a cellphone for 2FA, and... an index card box full of pen-and-ink password notes. The latter has never been unavailable when the internets on the blink, never ran out of batteries, I've never forgotten the cable or adapter, and it's pretty invulnerable to 440-pound hackers in Cleveland. So, yeah...
It's a risk-benefits calculation.
