I remain dubious about online backups especially if you do a lot of work with very large files.

The main thing we need to back up is my self-employed wife's work PC. I have used Beyond Sync (http://www.beyondsync.com/) for several years. I mainly use it in the 'real time' mode where it automatically syncs file operations in designated folders to an external HDD. I also use Macrium Reflect regularly to image to another external HDD.
