You can see my old blog post https://saltydogllc.com/in-visual-foxpro-using-32-bit-odbc-drivers-on-a-64-bit-machine/ for how to add ODBC drivers, but if you're looking to add ODBC drivers for *VFP* tables, they stopped working after version 7 I believe.
