Assuming you have a Windows computer with a floppy drive, you might try MacOpener (which has been discontinued by DataViz but is still available on various download sites) or MacDrive (http://www.mediafour.com/software/macdrive/). Look for free or trial versions that might be able to tell you if the diskette is at all readable before you spend money on either program.
