Pinal Dave runs the site himself, and English is his second or third language. I think most of his readers learn to interpret his writing style and forgive his mistakes.

Will also say, I almost had to cringe when reading the article around the comic that the dude posted - as his writing is Terrible, and looks like he doesn't even bother to Proof read what he wrote, nor does anyone else on the site bother to proof read it for him, as in - the folks that run the site!
