1001 Things You Wanted to Know About Visual FoxPro

Hi all

Following the advice given on the Hentzenwerke web site to purchase a printed version of this book on Amazon, I did so and it arrived today. I wrote to books@hentzenwerke.com mailto:books@hentzenwerke.com on 26th March requesting the password for the PDF version (which I have downloaded from there), but have had no reply.

Can anybody help (I can provide proof of purchase if required)?

P.S. I also purchased "Megafox" but that is not arriving for another 1-2 weeks, and I will probably have the same problem with that.
