I started taking fish oil last year after I compiled a list of "Supplements I should take" after doing a google search of "Supplements everyone should take". To my amazement, all my joints felt a lot better. I did further research and found fish oil helps with inflamation and making joints less painful. My knees hurt 75% less than they used to, and I wake up every day with no pain. I used to wake up with shoulder and back pain. I take there recommended dose on the bottle, but I am thinking of increasing it. Give it a try, you should notice a difference in less than a month.
