I think you give "admins" too much credit, my friend. On many clients' new Windows 10 machines, I find Win10 64-bit, of course, and Office 64-bit. When challenged, I've been told that's the right one to install on 64-bit OSes. *eyeroll*
Of course, calling "the computer guy" they hired for the install-and-configure-gig on Craigslist an "admin" might be a stretch...
